Our instructors’ mission is to encourage you to push past your limitations and help remind you just how strong you are. Some have said our classes are so encouraging they “feel like church” (hence the name). We want you to feel your blood pumping and your muscles moving, but we also want to see you walk out those doors lighter, more free and with a new confidence to face whatever the day throws your way.

ROOTED IN SCIENCE, OUR STRETCH & YIN(ish) CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO HELP YOU MAINTAIN AND/OR REGAIN YOUR FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY. UNLIKE QUICK STRETCHES, WHICH ONLY WARM UP THE MUSCLE, STRETCHING FOR LONGER HOLD TIMES WILL LENGTHEN THE MUSCLE & ALSO TARGETS THE CONNECTIVE TISSUE SURROUNDING THE MUSCLES (FASCIA). HOLDING FOR LONGER STRETCH TIMES GIVES YOUR BODY TIME TO ADJUST AND GRADUALLY EASE INTO THE POSITION.
