Abuse Policy
CHURCH strives to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. CHURCH Fitness will not tolerate ANY verbal or physical abuse of staff or clients.
Age Policy
CHURCH Fitness does not accept online or APP registration of minors. To take part in CHURCH Activities, those under the age of 18 must come into the CHURCH Fitness Studio along with a Parent or Guardian and produce ID to verify both of their identities. Following this, if the minor is at least 14 years of age and meets the minimum height requirement of 4”11” the minor will then be given access to the CHURCH Fitness Activity booking application.
Check-in Policy
All participants must arrive at CHURCH at least 15 minutes prior to the start of a class. If you have not checked in at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the class your spot may be given to a guest who is present and waiting in the studio/who is on the waitlist.
First time at CHURCH? Arrive 15 minutes before class so we can help get you set up and get to know you a little better!
Sanctuary doors close 1 minute prior to the start of class. You will not be permitted into the class past this time and standard late cancel fees will apply.
Class Cancellation Policy
CHURCH adheres strictly to a 8-hour cancellation policy. If cancellation happens with less than 8 hours notice or the participant is a no-show, the following applies:
All Auto Renew, 6 Month, Annual Memberships*, and Intro Offer Holders: Your account will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee
Class Pack Holders and Drop-Ins: $20 late cancellation fee
Reset Room Pass Holders: Loss of credit
Some memberships include late cancellation forgiveness for up to 2 classes/month (does not carry over). After which time, a $20 late cancellation fee will be charged for late canceled classes.
All cancellations must be done via the CHURCH fitness APP or online account. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail or over the phone-regardless of the circumstance.
In the event CHURCH Fitness has to cancel an activity, your account will be credited within one full business day of the cancellation.
Late Arrival Policy
CHURCH starts on time. Sanctuary doors close 1 minute prior to the start of class. No one is allowed to enter class once the doors have been closed. No exceptions. No Show or Late Arrival for Classes will result in a $20 fee.
Late Arrival or No Show for Reset Room sessions will result in a reduction in the scheduled session. Reset Room sessions must end on time.
Liability Policy
CHURCH Fitness has a Waiver that must be agreed to prior to creating an account or booking activities. This can be viewed here: Waiver
Locker Policy
Locker Policy
CHURCH Fitness provides a limited number of lockers for the safekeeping of personal belongings on a first come, first served basis. CHURCH is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Guest Pass Policy
Church Fitness designates a “Guest” for the purpose of this policy as a person who has never taken a class at a Church Fitness facility.
Church Fitness permits Membership holders of a membership that includes free guest passes, to use the free guest passes for people who are “First-time” only guests. Church Fitness reserves the right to deny entry to any “Guest” booked on a Guest Pass if they have previously taken a class at Church Fitness.
The Member booking the Guest Pass does not have to attend the class with the Guest. The Guest must create a profile on the Church Fitness App and provide picture ID prior to taking a class.
Guests who have previously attended classes at CHURCH Fitness can be booked using Drop-in credits or shareable credit packages only.
If a Guest is a Late Arrival or No Show for the booked class the Member who books the guest will be charged the Late Arrival/No Show fee of $20. No exceptions.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for the Monthly Auto-Renew contracts are subject to a $300 non-negotiable fee if canceled within the first 12 months of activation. After a mandatory 12 month period, cancellation of the contract can be requested with 30 days written notice via email to info@churchfitness.ca. A $50 administrative fee will be applied for all membership cancellations.
6 Month Membership cannot be cancelled prior to the end of the 6 month commitment. Following completion of 6 months, this membership will not renew. In the event that you wish to cancel a 6 Month Auto-Renew membership contract prior to the end of 6 months, A $300 non-negotiable fee will be charged and 30 days written notice is required to cancel.
8 Class Monthly Membership cannot be cancelled prior to the end of the 3 month commitment. Membership payment re-occurs monthly. After 3 months cancellation of the contract can be requested with 30 days written notice via email to info@churchfitness.ca. A $50 administrative fee will be applied for membership cancellations.
Annual Memberships must be paid in full, cannot be cancelled and will end 12 months after the contract begins.
Membership Freeze Policy
Freezing your membership is not permitted during the first month of activation. Following the first month you may freeze your membership when a written notice, of no less than 30 days, is sent via email to CHURCH Fitness at info@churchfitness.ca. Any request to freeze a membership must include a “Resume date”. Memberships may be frozen for a maximum of 2 months, once annually. A $50 monthly fee will be applied each month your membership is frozen. Regular monthly withdrawals of your membership fees will automatically begin again at the end of your freeze period without any additional communication.
During your freeze period, you may not access CHURCH Fitness facilities by using a guest pass, class credit or drop-in. To unfreeze your membership prior to your stated resume date you must notify us via email at info@churchfitness.ca. Memberships cannot be canceled during a freeze period. Refund Policy
CHURCH Fitness does not refund the cost of any class credits, monthly, annual packages, auto-renew or any other membership. This applies to never-used or partially-used class credits and memberships. If you cancel your membership or your membership is terminated due to arrears, there is no refund for any unused classes.
All merchandise purchases are final sale with no exceptions except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect when an exchange of equal or greater value will be permitted.
Sale Policy
CHURCH Fitness does not retroactively, in the event of sale pricing, refund the cost OR any portion of class credits, monthly, annual packages, auto-renew or any other membership.
Discounts and offers cannot be stacked/combined. Discount codes are not transferable.

Transferral Policy
Classes, Class Credits and memberships are not transferable, regardless of the circumstance.
Waitlist Policy
CHURCH Fitness has a waitlist for times when a class is full. CHURCH notifies those on the waitlist via email up to 1 hours before the start of class. You will be notified if you make it off of the waitlist if a spot opens up. If you are still on a waitlist but can no longer attend the class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added to the class and incurring a late cancel/no show fee. Standby participants are welcome to wait at the studio in the event that a spot opens up. If a spot becomes available you will be added to the class within 5 minutes of the class beginning. Within the 1 hour window before class, members on the waitlist will be notified via phone that a spot has opened up. You can choose to be added or to decline the spot at that time. Please note that you must have phone/text checked off in your preferences for us to notify you of open spots in a waitlisted class.
