ROOTED IN SCIENCE, OUR STRETCH CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO HELP YOU MAINTAIN AND/OR REGAIN YOUR FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY. UNLIKE QUICK STRETCHES, WHICH ONLY WARM UP THE MUSCLE, STRETCHING FOR LONGER HOLD TIMES WILL LENGTHEN THE MUSCLE & ALSO TARGETS THE CONNECTIVE TISSUE SURROUNDING THE MUSCLES (FASCIA). HOLDING FOR LONGER STRETCH TIMES GIVES YOUR BODY TIME TO ADJUST AND GRADUALLY EASE INTO THE POSITION. WITH CONSISTENCY, THE MUSCLE WILL LENGTHEN & FASCIA WILL ADAPT, LEADING TO AN INCREASE IN FLEXIBILITY OVER TIME.

WE FOCUS ON STRENGTHENING THE FULL BODY THROUGH A VARIETY OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL EXERCISES THAT WILL HELP YOU DEVELOP YOU STABILITY, SPEED, AGILITY, MUSCULAR ENDURANCE AND OVERALL FITNESS. YOU’LL SWEAT YOUR WAY THROUGH OUR CAREFULLY CURATED CIRCUIT IN GROUPS OF TWO MAKING THIS THE PERFECT “BRING A BUDDY” CLASS.
